一人料理の十分鐘早餐。芝士蕃茄湯飯。Tomato Cheese Rice Soup[中文食譜/ENG-Recipe]
最近天氣變冷,每朝都要鼓起很大勇氣走出暖暖的被窩,冬天總是令人不自覺地成了樹懶,拖拖拉拉的,又是一個怱忙的早上⋯(つД`)ノ 始時,很需要一個簡單又方便的極速早餐。湯飯的自由度很大,材料可以任意配搭,隨便拿點現有的剩飯剩菜就煮到(當然也得注重營養均衡喔),十分鐘煮好。暖呼呼的湯飯容易入口,吃完就精神充沛的上學/上班了!

材料 Ingredients:
份量 Serving : 1
冷飯 Cold rice
蕃茄 Tomato
菜芯 Choy sum
蘑菇 Mushroom
蛋 Egg
牛肉 Beef
做法 Methods:
(1) 蔬菜類洗淨後,蕃茄切碎、菜芯切碎、蘑菇切片
Wash the vegetables, chop the tomato and choy sum, as well as slice the mushroom
(2) 牛肉切碎
Chop the beef slices
💡湯飯材料很隨意,可以加入各種不同的蔬菜,肉類也可以用火腿、午餐肉等代替。
The ingredients of rice soup can be randomly different, you can add whatever vegetables you like, you can also use ham or luncheon meat instead
💡湯飯早餐特點是易入口,所以我喜歡把材料切碎點,這樣也比較快煮熟。
Rice soup is easy entrance, that’s why I always like to chop the ingredients into very small pieces, it can also helps to cook faster.
(3) 加少許檻欖油,先炒蕃蘑和蘑菇
Heat the frying pan and add some olive oil, stir-fry the tomato and mushroom
(4) 再加入牛肉炒至半熟
Add the beef and stir-fry till medium
(5) 倒入水,至湯的狀態
Pour some water till it looks like a soup
(6) 湯滾後,加入一碗冷飯
When the soup start boiling, add cold rice
(7) 待冷飯變軟後,加入菜芯碎
After the rice become soft, add the chopped choy sum
(8) 最後灑上芝士,完成!
Finally put some cheese on top, then done!
💡趁熱灑上芝士,味道是另一個層次呢!
It tastes better with cheese, and remember to enjoy it before it is getting cold.
